Ms Dana does a great job and a quick amount of time on haircuts. I usually go during the weekdays because it's not as busy and If there's a way that's only going to be for a few minutes. I just really wish they would update their hours online since they seem to change now it is down to 5:00 and I rushed only to get here before 5:00 and see the doors are closed

I have come here 3 times now. For context, I’m a broke PhD student so my options are very limited. The first time for just a trim, which Linda did a phenomenal job on. I have very thick straight hair and her work was really impressive, especially given the price point. Yesterday, I came in for an undercut and Dana cut my hair. She buzzed it very unevenly but I only noticed when I got home. I came back later that day and asked for Linda to fix my hair. I was super anxious and upset because I was very concerned that they would have to take out too much of my hair, but it ended up working out really well. They gave me a full refund and were very kind to me and considerate of my feelings. I cant speak to Dana’s abilities on cutting long hair, but all I know is that Linda is exceptional both long and short. I will be back- for Linda. I appreciate the consideration and care from the whole team very much :)
