About Daniel Michael Salon
Precision cutting and specialized skin services define their operational focus. New clients often benefit from introductory rates that lower the barrier to experiencing their technique. The salon integrates accessible entryways and payment options to ensure ease for all visitors, including families with children. Their workflow begins with a thorough consultation, allowing you to articulate goals before the stylist touches hair or skin. This preparatory phase builds confidence, transforming a routine appointment into a deliberate act of self-care. You leave not just groomed, but with a renewed sense of personal presentation. Unlike franchises, they maintain a small-scale environment where individual attention dictates the pace. This structure permits detailed work, such as microblading or intricate coloring, without the pressure of rushed schedules. The team’s consistency has earned a 4.9 rating across 121 reviews, reflecting sustained satisfaction. Community members return because the outcome feels personalized rather than generic. It is a space where beauty is treated as a craft, inviting you to pause and invest in your appearance.

Danny and his team are the BEST! I moved to Orange County from the Bay area 6 years ago and found Danny through a recommendation. I am SO grateful to have found such a fabulous salon! The precision and efficiency Danny has at applying color and highlights is beyond impressive! He is always so open to whatever new looks I want to try and is also the best to chat with while in the chair. The salon itself has such a lively and fun atmosphere between the stylists, assistants, front desk, it makes it a really fun and enjoyable experience every time!

Back in 2005 I had a client whose hair and color always looked stunning! Since I was relatively new to California at the time, I asked her where she got her hair done… And she told me about Danny at Daniel Michael Salon! Being that we both lived in Irvine, she told me the only downside was that his salon was in San Juan Capistrano… But she swore it was worth the drive! I booked an appointment that week…21 years later, and I’ve never been anywhere else! I absolutely love Danny and his team! In every other aspect of my life, I’m quite the control freak, but with Danny, I just let him do his thing and I always get tons of compliments on my hair! Cut, color, style, special occasions… I go there for everything! Even when it’s just to get my bangs trimmed. I don’t care where you are in Orange County… He’s worth the drive! I always leave his salon feeling like a million bucks. You might find closer or less expensive, but trust me… It’s money well spent! Best hair stylist in Orange County!

I’ve been coming to Daniel Michael Salon for several years. Maria is my stylist. This place is absolutely wonderful. A very laid back but classy vibe. Everyone is super friendly. The quality of services is high end. Maria is absolutely the best. Cuts and color are beautiful. She listens. She’s very precise and pays attention to detail. Can’t imagine anyone else touching my hair. Highly recommend the salon and Maria!

I’ve been coming here for years, Vanessa has to be the most talented hair stylist I’ve ever met. For the last decade she has transformed my hair numerous times, and has always killed it! 10/10 recommend coming here.

I have been getting my haircut by Danny for over 40 years following him to a couple of different salons and now driving over an hour to get my haircut since he partnered in his own salon in SJC. Danny brings a level of skill, confidence, and artistry that truly sets him apart. He has great ideas and knows exactly what will work best, and delivers a cut that looks amazing every single time. The salon has a warm, welcoming feeling and Danny makes the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I absolutely love him and his work I always leave feeling refreshed and looking my best. I have also seen the other hair stylists doing a fantastic job as well.
