He was thoughtful in his approach, cared about the little details, and was easy to talk to. I’ve been a client of Lia’s for a year now. When she transitioned to Dark Rose, I didn’t hesitate to follow her. Loved my experience at Dark Rose Club! My barber, Matthew was incredible! Literally did everything I could ask and more, I came in hoping to get my beard cleaned up prior to my wedding, and was a bit nervous to lose the size or shape I had been growing for a while. Matthew was super attentive, and communicative throughout the whole process. He kept me clued in to everything he was doing and made sure that it looked good at every step along the way. Made me a lifelong customer for sure, and would readily recommend anyone looking or a cut or shave!
