Amazing service and AMAZING customer care! The atmosphere was great and the overall experience was a 10 across the board. The crazy thing is, I actually stumbled upon this nail spot after being treated poorly at another local salon. I’m so glad I did because I was truly impressed and completely satisfied with my visit. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ll definitely be back.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Got my nails done 3 weeks ago and they stayed on no problem and looked great! Just got them refilled today with Leon and was a reasonable price and Rossie did a great job on my toes. A great find in Katy, truly!

The nail technicians are incredibly skilled and detail-oriented. Whether I’m getting a classic manicure, a trendy set of acrylics, or a soothing pedicure, they always take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I never feel rushed, and the quality of their work speaks for itself—my nails last for weeks without chipping, and I always get compliments! They also have a fantastic selection of colors and designs, and they’re always up to date with the latest nail trends. I especially love how they listen to what I want but are also great at offering suggestions if I’m feeling indecisive. I have no complaints with my toes or how it was done. Technician was polite and fast. In my opinion, she did her job well. My only complaint is that I wish the hosts were friendlier. I didn't feel welcome and I almost walked out. It was evident by their attitude towards me, the tone of voice she used, and how she responded when I thought she was talking to me. However, I was really in need of getting my pedicure done before my vacation. So it's my fault for not walking out. I think maybe it was an off day for the girls, but I will not return. The technician was fast and my experience was painless. I will recommend this place for their efficiency, and hopefully the people I refer will receive better treatment.

Tony was patient polite and attentive to detail. My nail designs have been challenging for most nail shops but Tony was able to do it. He asked questions & confirmed colors while another girl was looking for different polish colors to match as best as possible. I didn’t feel rushed or like a burden. It was a great experience.
