First I just want to state I’ve been going here for around 2 1/2 -3 years now about once every month. I used to live down the road, but now I live 40 minutes away and still choose this as the only salon I will go to. My nail tech is Andy. I have always been so grateful as the results are always amazing. I’m always offered something to drink when I arrive. The attention to detail is outstanding. When he is drilling down my nails he will constantly ask if it’s burning or hurting my fingers. I have psoriasis and in the winters when I’m having a flare up he will make sure just to have the acetone on my nails only. If he’s doing a design, he will take off the polish and redo it over and over until it’s perfect. I’ve always had outstanding service, but my most recent visit has shown me how well they treat their client’s. I showed up without a call to them beforehand and asked if Andy was working that day. I was told it was his day off but the guy at the desk gave him a call anyways. Andy happened to be near the nail salon and came straight over to do my nails. (Keep in mind he didn’t know it was one of his regulars, he just showed up with the knowledge of someone wanting him to do their nails) I was perfectly fine with having another nail tech as I didn’t call before, but he still made sure to show up on HIS DAY OFF. I always get Gel-x in small to medium in the length and he’s always kept me around $70 which is a great price considering they are one of the only nail salons around me to offer gel-x. When I decide to make him do something different with my designs he keeps the price close to my regular charge. Needless to say this is the only nail salon I will be spending my money at. They are good to their customers and I have always been well taken care of. I wish there was an option to add more stars.

I have not had very good experiences at several nail salons in the Cumming area. Someone recommended that I try Dawson Nails & Beyondup near the outlet area. I have been there several times now and I have found the perfect nail technician duo and I couldn't be happier. It is Thy ("tea") & Emma! My pedicures from Emma are detailed, never in a hurry and she is very detailed dealing with some wonky nails. Thy does my manicures and gel services and is also very detailed and pleasant. Both are very customer focused and do a great job! My polish/gel nails last a long time!! I would highly recommended either of these very pleasant technicians to take care of your wants and needs! Couldn't be happier.
