12/5/25 - I made a decision to get eyebrow threading and tinting at a different location (second time visiting the location. First visit was great, second visit was a disaster. The instructions were, I don’t want thin eyebrows. But she threaded my eyebrows very thin. Then I requested for an eyebrows tint. My left eyebrows was tinted .25” higher than my right eyebrows and with an arch. Now I look like I was persistently angry even though I have a smile on my face). Drove 30 minutes to Sue on colerain with sunglasses and it’s dark outside. I walked in and they were pleasant. They didn’t make me feel anymore self-conscious about my new face. They didn’t some work to remove the old tint and redid the brows just the way I like it. Very friendly, professional crew, welcoming and they don’t guilt-trip their clients.
