It is best to inquire directly with the staff to determine the appropriate approach for your specific situation.

How far in advance should I book for weekends?

Weekend slots often fill quickly due to the limited operating hours compared to weekdays. For complex services like color correction, booking several weeks ahead is advisable. Confirm current availability directly with the business to secure your preferred time.

What is your policy on late arrivals?

Late arrival policies typically depend on the length of the scheduled service and the stylist's subsequent availability.
