I have been to Derby Salon a couple of times and always love getting my hair cut here! The space is very clean and welcoming. I got my haircut with Campbell for the first time and had to come back since it was a little uneven. I was able to get it fixed for free!

6/5 stars. Usually I hate having to get my hair cut but they made it a much more pleasant experience. The place is extremely elegant and calming. They're very kind and went above and beyond so that I'd understand how to make my hair look how I want it to. Also they have coffee/tea for you, which made my day.

They're amazing here! Jess is not just knowledgeable, but also wonderful to chat with whenever I visit for a trim. Casey at the front desk always makes me feel welcome and comfortable as well, like I'm visiting old friends. No one puts pressure on product purchases or add-ons, they just encourage me to make choices that make sense for me. I'm still growing my hair out, so my visits are brief, but it's such a pleasant experience to see them all that I'm looking forward to when both the hair and the appointments are a little longer!

This was my first time with Campbell, and definitely won’t be the last- not only was she great at listening to my requests, giving me feedback & hair tips, she executed the cut perfectly!
