I truly can not say enough positive things about Shelly and Dermal Knowledge. Not only is the place beautiful and clean, but Shelly and her staff are the the nicest people who always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Shelly is very honest and will never, ever try to "oversell" a service or talk you into doing more than what you need. If anything, she'd rather do less and have you come back for a touch up if needed. That can be rare in this industry so really I appreciate that. I drive almost an hour to see her because she is only person I trust to touch my face. She is very meticulous and knowledgeable and I always leave feeling refreshed and still looking like myself - which is extremely important!! I am 51 yrs old and never worry that I will look like "I had work done" thanks to her expertise. I'm very animated when I talk so that is something that is very important to me. I still want to look like me- just a refreshed and more vibrant version of myself. Regardless of where you live, it is worth the drive. Even if you just pop in for a consultation, I'm sure you will feel exactly the same way.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was my first time having any type of "tweaking" done and, at 61, I was not feeling so great about my reflection in the mirror. Obviously, when you take that first step to even consider Botox or fillers or weight loss or anything such as this, you are probably not feeling so great about yourself. But somehow, Shelly has you feeling beautiful before she even works her magic. She is so kind and compassionate and the best thing about my visit was that she listened. She listened to my concerns and my expectations and it felt like baring your soul to an old friend. She gave her suggestions without an ounce of pressure to commit to any services. She gave her suggestions with so much compassion and respect that I immediately felt at ease and my confidence level was boosted just by that alone. I ended up doing some Botox and fillers and was blown away at the difference that same afternoon. Yet I didn't walk away looking like a different person - just a better version of me. Thank you, Shelly, for the boost in confidence, as every woman should still be able to feel beautiful in our own individual ways. Beautiful office and so clean. I honestly can't say enough great things about the office, the staff and the little spring that I now have back in my step.
