I left a review for this place a few years ago expressing my dissatisfaction with the service and the end result. However, I came back today, and my experience was entirely different — in the best way possible. I didn’t take any pictures this time because I was in pure bliss throughout my visit. My pedicure tech this time was Lindsey, and she did a spectacular job. Not only did she promptly fix something I asked her to adjust, but she also made sure I was completely satisfied with my request. I mentioned to her that I’m not fond of heat and prefer things on the cooler side, and she immediately modified my pedicure experience to accommodate that. From the temperature of the water to the paraffin wax and the “hot” (warm, in my case) towels, she was attentive and thoughtful every step of the way. The drink tenders and the fabulous gentleman — who I imagine manages the salon and had the most amazing nails — also checked on me a few times to make sure I was happy without ever being intrusive. Their balance of professionalism and warmth was perfect. Lindsey also gave me a 10-minute neck massage that was absolutely fantastic. I’ve been struggling with neck and back pain lately due to poor sleep, and she managed to ease that tension in just those few minutes. She’s practically magic. As for the price, in this economy, pedicures are definitely a luxury — but I don’t regret a single penny I spent here. It was budget-friendly, and leaving a tip felt more than deserved after such a relaxing and satisfying experience. I absolutely recommend this place, and I highly recommend Lindsey. I can’t wait to come back!

I’ve been going to this nail salon since it first opened and I would recommend it to anyone who asks for good nail services. Today, I was attended by Katie and she has been the best experience I’ve had there with my nails. Not only was she gentle, she was still fast, yet really took the time to perfect the nail design I asked for. She also asked for my opinion a few times throughout the process to make sure I approved of the nails, which I was grateful for.

I have been going here for years & never had a bad experience. I love getting greeted by Joel, he always helps me when I’m trying to figure out what color to get. Van is my favorite for nails she does a great job every time. Katie did really good nails today & John did an awesome pedi. Harrison did really good on my daughter’s nails they looked exactly like the picture she showed him.

This is a very friendly and clean salon. They have great customer service. You don't need an appointment and can be in and out in an hour. Amazing job. I will be back.
