My tech Cris is was absolutely amazing! He provided services for a pedicure and a full set acrylics and I love them! 😍 Probably one of the best nail technicians I’ve had. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great overall experience from start to finish! 🤗

This was my first experience at DK Nails and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Amy was referred to me from a friend and she was amazing! She did my pedicure and I didn’t leave with my feet hurting, the polish is great and my feet are soft. The customer service was great and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Ooh and when you walk it there is no chemical smell!!! Thank you Amy!

Leaving five stars because I love this salon and always have a great experience/nails. I do want them to know that yesterday was disappointing. It wasn’t busy, tons of employees open, and nobody waiting in the waiting area. My nail tech was super nice and sweet and so was everyone else, but she rushed through my nails so fast. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years so I know when steps are skipped, or rushed through. I got cut multiple times, my nails are sore for the tugging and rushing through filling, they’re bumpy and uneven, on all my fingers the skin was glued to the bottom of the nail which made the bottom uneven once I got home and had to pull my skin off the bottom. I know that happens often and usually the tech will pull it off and file under the acrylic nail, she skipped that part. She just painted over all the nail dust and didn’t brush it all off like they usually do so there’s bumps under the paint. She didn’t cover my whole nail in the clear coat, just dabbed it on each nail really quick only getting it on the middle. What really topped it off was she tried doing the cuticle oil at the end but was rushing so fast she didn’t even get on my nails on one hand, it was on my hand and arm instead and she didn’t even notice and just walked away. She kept looking behind me at another chair while she was rushing. When she was finished she jumped into the other chair to do another woman’s nails that someone had already started so I’m assuming that’s why I got the treatment I did. I would of been fine waiting till she did the other woman’s nails or have someone else do mine if they just communicated that to me. I’ve never had this happen in 15 years so I was in shock a little and didn’t say anything. I still tipped $20 because I don’t have it in me to not tip well. But I left feeling like I was less important than another customer and it was okay to rush through my nails to do hers. I don’t leave bad reviews ever so that’s why I left five stars but also wrote what happened yesterday. It doesn’t reflect the salon as a whole, they’re awesome. I just won’t have her do my nails again.

Michelle, the owner has a special gift in keeping the flow, making sure to move the customers through easily and sufficiently. She is very involved and aware of the needs of her employees and clients. Abby, a Master Nail Technician is superb in her profession. She has a meticulous and attention to detail persona that shines! I am always happy when leaving the salon after my Royal Pedicure and Dip manicure. Thank you for your fabulous services.
