3/2 - Update after the owner responded to my review- I did go back in and have them redone by Tommy. My experience with Tommy was a a night and day difference between yesterday and today. Tommy was understanding of the situation and truly made my nails so much better. Additionally, they fixed this issue free of charge. If you come here, ask for Tommy and he will take good care of you!! I don’t think it was the business itself that was the issue, I think the issue was the male nail technician. Changing my rating from a 1 to a 4 after my experience today. 3/1 - Truly a terrible experience. I went in for my wedding nails and said what I wanted. The nail tech then talked me out of it for whatever reason. I then picked a shellac color I thought I would like. After realizing I did not like the color, I asked to change the finger nail color as I was going to match my toes and fingers. That’s where the male nail techs attitude started to change. The pedicure in the beginning was probably the worst pedicure I have ever had, seemed they were running out of polish, so the polish was spotty. He was in so rough and neither the pedicure or manicure was pleasant as it was so painful . I picked another color and he said “that’s literally the same color but whatever it’s your nails”. The nail tech then began to act irritated and kept saying “just tell me what you want” after i told him I wanted the length shorter. At this point I wanted to cry because these were my wedding nails. In the beginning I told him no acrylic and somehow ended up with acrylic nails because he talked me out of a gel X manicure. The shape of the nails are incredibly awful. He began to say how I am “trouble”. The nail tech kept wiping his nose with his hand as he had a runny nose and not washing his hands or wearing a mask. Incredibly unsanitary and just gross as I am also touching his hands while he is doing them. He kept telling me to relax but I could not because of how terrible the experience was. The nail tech did end up fixing my toe color but seemed like he didn’t want to redo it. At the end of my pedicure, he then kept telling me how much “trouble” I was and ended the pedicure by slapping my feet. I appreciated him redoing my toes but I will never come back here. My experience was awful and it sounds like I am not the first person to experience this horrible nail tech. Please beware of this place!! It may look nice but your experience and your finished product will show you otherwise!!

This was one of the best nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. We went for my birthday, and from the moment we walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so nice, funny, and welcoming — the whole place had such a happy, positive vibe with smiles everywhere. My pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had — so relaxing but fun at the same time. A huge thank you to Tee for doing such an incredible job. He made the experience extra special, and I truly appreciate the care and attention he put into my service. I will most definitely be going back and highly recommend D’Lux Nails and Spa to anyone looking for a new nail salon!
