This is my second time coming to Cat. Last weekend she pierced my 6 year olds earlobes and today she pierced my helix! She was so kind, she has been the kindest piercer we have ever been to she took her time to explain everything, let her hold a teddy bear to help with her anxiety gave her the cutest little bracelet AND gave her some candy after she finished her piercing. Her and the owner were the sweetest to us they both tried to assure her it’d be quick and easy, I can tell they both genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop specially if you’re looking for a piercer who’s great with children.

The Gold Standard of Piercing! After my nephews raved about their experience with Kat earlier this week, I brought my 17 year old daughter in, and I am so glad I did. Kat’s welcoming smile and the calm, clean environment put her at ease. Kat is easily the most well versed piercer I’ve ever met, it’s clear she was trained to perfection. I felt 100% confident in her hands. What really blew me away was how smart and well informed she is. She took the time to educate us on High Quality Jewelry, the healing process , She broke down what to expect day by day along with the aftercare. It’s rare to find someone who balances such high level technical skill with genuine care. Kat is officially the only piercer who will ever touch my kids or myself from now on. If you’re looking for the best, look no further! I’ll be recommending her to everyone I know!

I couldn’t be happier with my piercing experience. From the moment I walked in, Kat’s customer service was absolutely amazing, attentive, and genuinely caring. Kat took her time explaining everything, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the process. The symmetry and precision of the piercings are truly beautiful, you can tell so much skill and passion went into every detail. Nothing felt rushed, everything was measured, checked, and perfected until it was just right. I left feeling confident, happy, and so grateful for the level of care I received from her. This is hands down the only piercer I will go to from now on, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and an incredible experience. ✨
