THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST! Stefani saved the day. My updo is exactly like the picture and I feel so gorgeous. So grateful. I had a bad experience the same day at the Brookfield Battery Park location and everyone at Tribeca was so kind and really saved the day.

I was able to secure a last minute appointment. It was honestly like a walk in as I called and they were able to get me in 15 minutes later. The receptionist (sorry I don’t remember her name) was very kind and funny on the phone and welcoming upon my arrival. She was quite helpful in explaining some of the products as I was browsing and made recommendations. I bought 2 of them and I’m not the easiest sale. My stylist was Giovanna and she was incredible. She was professional and made me feel so relaxed as a first time client to Drybar. My experience was top tier and I would return again without hesitation. 10/10 recommend the Tribeca location!
