I’ve been going to the Biltmore location for years. Over the last 6 months, I’ve been going weekly before heading into the office. I want to shout out the receptionist, Angelina. She pays attention to her customers, makes them comfortable, and knows I like my coffee black. As far as stylists, I see Angel most often. He’s such a sweetie and makes amazing recommendations for my hair. But I haven’t had a single “bad” stylist in my years there, so you’re in good hands! The manager, TJ, is fantastic. She handles any situation that comes up with grace and confidence. The upper management should be proud of the team they’ve assembled! Oh, and I highly recommend the Barfly Membership. It’s such a savings and comes with fun perks each month. Treat yourself! You won’t regret it.

This Dry Bar did an excellent job in being accommodating to my wife. Briana, in the front was able to help deliver top tier service better than any other dry bar. Would definitely recommend this location over others!
