Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first experience and will also be my last. The styling did not reflect what was discussed and felt uneven and unfinished. I reached out to the owner, Annie, and also called the storefront multiple times to address my concerns, but never received a response. While mistakes can happen, the lack of follow-up or accountability made the experience even more disappointing. Waste of $70 solely off distasteful hair and customer service. *Edit* I wanted to update my review after a much better experience. My visit ended up being really pleasant thanks to David. He was professional, attentive, and listened to what I wanted. My hair came out exactly how I hoped smooth, styled beautifully, and held up well. Truly appreciated his skill and attitude. I’d definitely look forward to booking with him again!

Best blowout from DryBar River Oaks - I've had bad experiences at other DryBars, but wanted to give this one a try since it was close to my office and it was AMAZING! My hair was soft and bouncy and lasted for a week!
