Gemma made a lovely job of my pedicure, under much pressure as I was late for my appointment and I am so grateful to her and to Alison for enabling me to have my treatment. They both went above and beyond and it is what I have come to see as one of the reasons this salon gets so many accolades. Lovely staff who give great service.
