This is my favourite hair salon! I have been coming here since they have opened during Covid and never went to a different salon. This is my family’s usual hair cut place! Alan is the owner and he is fantastic to work with, great attention to detail and care towards your hair! I have also recently got a haircut and dye with innie and James, both are talented and provided good advice for my hair colour choices as I had yellow bleached hair and wanted to make it dark brown. 100% recommend this place!

Jeremy cut my hair exactly as I desired, matching a photo I showed him. He was professional, friendly, welcoming and kind. The facility is clean. The staff are all delightful. I am traveling from the US and sorely needed a cut and happy I made Dusk my choice. Make it yours too.

I had such a great experience here. Thank you so much for fitting me in last minute. I initially called and they were fully booked, but later in the day they called me back when someone cancelled and asked if I’d still like to come in for a haircut — which I really appreciated. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jeremy was my hairdresser and he was lovely to chat with. He also gave me helpful styling tips and took the time to explain how I can style my hair at home. Jeremy was also very gentle when he washed my hair and cut my hair. Down to all the little details he was very gentle and professional. Their customer service is outstanding. When you arrive, they greet you by name from your booking, and when you leave, they say goodbye using your name as well. It’s a small detail, but it made me feel genuinely valued — not just like another appointment, but a customer they truly care about. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
