Welcoming environment and great service. I was greeting immediately by a kind smiled woman named KaSi. She checked me in, offered me a drink, and walked me to the pedicure chair. I was introduced to my nail tech Tony who was just as cheerful and charismatic- he handed me the service book and suggested the relaxing pedicure ($88) and advised that it was packaged better because it included the gel polish without paying the $15 add-on. I showed him an inspo picture and he got right to work. He was engaging and even tested a toe to make sure it was to my liking before continuing. When the pedicure was done, i was walked over to a sweet woman named Pham who jumped right on my nails and got me together. Pham was courteous and engaging as well. After my nails were complete we recognized (specifically Kassandra) a discrepancy with the color- so Tony removed the color and repainted my toes so they would match. He wasn’t even mad about it! (thank you Tony!) All in all - great experience. For a cat eyed toe and short nail set, i paid about $215 I would def check them out if in the area! My only suggestion would be to grab some Coke Zero for the fridge. I had to settle for Diet Coke and its not the same

First time visiting. Calm night and quick service. I was serviced by Kim. She was very kind, gentle, and had a nice conversation. She gave good recommendations on service and even restaurant recommendations. Will be returning customer and invite other to visit. Great deluxe pedicure. Thank you, Kim.

Beautiful nail salon, they’re very patient while you explain to them what you want for your nails and pedicure. Very modernized designs. Staff is very professional. Tony is very kind and respectful, he did my daughter’s nails and was very gentle and patient with her. They gave us warranty on the nails because they know they do quality work. 100% recommend, their prices are good and average to El Paso prices, and are located in a central area to other stuff like Starbucks. Really like it here.

This is the third time I come here and will definitely be back. The service and treatment are exceptional. Two gentlemen and Katie have taken care of me. The foot massage with the hot stones are something I treat myself with and look forward to every time I come. Service, cleanliness, massaging chairs and a beautiful decor make this space a complete experience. You pay for what you get but is completely worth your money. Never been there and will definitely be back. The place was very clean, beautiful, and relaxing. But the two ladies I had working on me, were just so sweet, professional, and the definition of top tier customer service. The lady doing my nails made me a small design off the inspiration photo I showed her. Personally, I think she did even better than what I showed her. She took her time, was so patient, and very talented. Loved it there! Will be back for sure! Thank you for a lovely and relaxing Tuesday afternoon!
