Vivian is the absolute best. Highly recommend her for amazing Gel Builder nails. The customer service here is outstanding from the time you enter until you pay and leave. The management does a wonderful job. This is a very dedicated and happy team. It’s also a beautiful, elegant, and classy salon. I have a relaxing experience each time, and leave with beautiful nails.

Been to several nail spots in OC and this place is great. Most the technicians are great and listen to exactly what you want. Some are more skilled than others, but I've never had my nails ruined like I have at others. I would give 5 stars if everyone was greatly skilled. I've had some little mistakes on my gel here and there - nothing major but annoying sometimes when you get home and realize the imperfections that we're made while rushing. They generally run on time for appointments, but expect a couple minutes wait. That's not always a bad thing, they are a busy place for a reason. I love that they have everyone wash their hands - especially for a nail place where I think that's imperative to general salon cleanliness. Over store cleanliness is much better than many nail salons which is a huge reason I frequent this place.

I love Dylan Blue! It is clean, reasonably priced, and everyone is friendly. Pham (Pam) is my favorite stylist. She does such a great job with my nails, both when I do tips or my natural nails.
