We absolutely love EM Hair. I’ve been going here since this summer, and Amanda’s work—and her understanding of my hair goals—is always top-notch. My sons go here as well, from my teenager down to my 4-year-old, and every visit they’re made to feel comfortable and welcome. Rachel does my 4- and 6-year-old, and she was amazing—keeping up “man conversation” with him and making him feel so cool afterward. Maddie did my teen’s haircut and nailed exactly what he asked for, making small talk while also respecting his cool teen phase. All of the girls make them feel confident and cool after their haircuts, which means everything as a parent. 10/10 — would recommend again and again!

I have gotten highlights in my hair my whole life and since working and attending college in the big rapids area about a year and a half ago I tried E&M for the first time and immediately fell in love! Carlie talks to her clients like she has known them her whole life and when coming back to do the big change of blonde to brunette was so reassuring in making sure I was ready to do so and supportive when I decided I was (I was a little nervous since I have been a blonde my whole life). I love the atmosphere and the cute place they have so much I decided to try out a manicure and got some French tips done which turned out great!!!! I love them all around with every service I have got and will continue to explore all their other wonderful services!!

Brenda does my hair she is such a fun lady and is always nice to talk to. She also always does a great job on my hair I always leave feeling gorgeous. The environment is also really calming and super cute 100% recommend this place.

I’ve been going to E&M Salon for many years. When you walk through the door it’s so inviting. My stylist is Amanda Dailey. When I sit in the chair I know I can count on a beautiful hairstyle and color every time. Her professionalism is outstanding while always being very prompt. Shes very well liked in the community and strives to always give 100 percent. I feel blessed I have someone so wonderful I can rely on.
