Ive been looking for a new salon for months due to my last salon having mediocre customer service and and being unsatisfied for the quality of their work. I found East through a Google search and it couldn't have been a better experience. I was a walk in and from the time I walked in they made me feel seen and taken care of. The quality of their work, friendliness, down to earth nature was top notch. Came in for a basic pedicure and the price was great. Im definitely coming back and this time ill be a regular. Im getting the works next time. Love that its conveniently located as well

This is my go to nail place in East. You won’t be disappointed. I think Vanessa is the best but they’re all good. Place is clean, folks are nice and free parking. Don’t forget to use the code inside the salon and you won’t be charged.

Went in for a pedicure and had the best time. 3 hours of validated parking. $40 regular polish pedicure with callous removal? Stop it! And the team is so nice. I wish I found them sooner. They also have this skeleton set up at a pedicure bowl and I laughed the whole time it was so funny. A $40 pedicure in nashville?! I’m going back! I had Terri and Hannah is also wonderful there was another woman working upfront but I didn’t get her name. She was doing 11 things at once while still being present and welcoming to customers. They’re doing things right!

I moved to Nashville in September and have been searching for my nail salon and I finally found it! I’ve been seeing Hannah here at East Nails and she is great! I’m tough on my hands and I can easily get 3 weeks from a dip manicure here. I had been going to another highly rated salon across the street, but the structured gel would chip, peel, and the top coat would rub away less than 2 weeks.
