I’ve decided to spend more time outside of Columbus and one of the very few things I’m going to miss about this City is Ebb & Float. The staff is amazing; the founder, Kim, is incredible and kind; and the environment is welcoming and healthy for any nervous system. I highly recommend and I’ll look forward to visiting when I’m in town from time to time. Best wishes to Kim and the whole Ebb & Float team. Thank you for everything. 🙏🏾✨

Staff is kind, accommodating, and ensure a wonderful experience. My float was restorative and meditative. Muscles felt deeply relaxed and my mind left with heightened clarity and creativity. Especially appreciate that they don’t rush you out after the appointment, and instead allow you the time to reorient yourself, shower, and enjoy a cup of tea in the Zen Den. Facility is clean and calming. I’ll be back!

I had an amazing float and infrared sauna experience at Ebb and Float. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The float was deeply relaxing and helped me completely unplug. The sauna afterward was the perfect finish. The team there made everything easy and comfortable, especially if you’re new to floating. It never felt clinical or rushed, just peaceful and well cared for. If you’re on the fence, book it. Your nervous system will thank you.
