My mom and I are traveling in London and we went to this salon to get a wash and style and it was fantastic!!! Billy and Sue Lin styled our hair perfectly. I have very thick hair and she set my hair in rollers so that I would have lots of volume. When back in London we will definitely come back! Thank you!

This has to be the best cut and colour I have ever had. The colour was absolutely perfect, not at all patchy like my old hairdresser used to do. Billy is very friendly and will give you lots of great advise about style as well. I will always come back to this salon from now on.

Hairdresser I was recommended Billy at Echo by a good friend and was not disappointed! He had not seen me before but because of his experience gave me a haircut plus blow dry perfect for summer & my fine hair - which tends to ‘do its own thing’ unexpectedly! He listened carefully to what I thought I wanted (!) & explained a lot about the nature of hair as he was cutting. I had a very good relaxed & warm experience, with no feeling of rushing to get on to next customer. Price was good too and I will definitely be making another appointment. SusanS

I am currently just visiting from Australia, my hair was in pretty rough shape, 3 different colours of purple! Billy was super helpful in explaining what colour was needed to cover the purple and how it would look. He was super friendly, easy to talk with and my hair is all one nice dark brown colour exactly what I wanted (before and after pictures attached) I cannot recommend this place enough 😊
