Mina is amazing!! She made me feel welcome, discussed what I wanted thoroughly and even gave me helpful suggestions to achieve what I wanted (a balayage). What a transformation! Ning showed a good understanding of my hair and situation and managed to reshape my hair through an excellent haircut by removing the wisps, rounding out the ends while keeping the length to the extent possible.
