I was recommended to try a facial treatment with Lainey, and did some research (reviews, etc.) before booking a session. I also spoke with her prior to understand what would happen, oils/acids used (I am a little nerd about this) and so forth. Lainey was very knowledgeable and experienced about the ingredients she applied to the face and the benefits of each item used. She was professional and took care during the treatment. I was super relaxed and ended up DEEP sleeping. The result was 👏🏾👏🏾 *chef's kiss*. I was already complimented by people when I went into town. I would highly recommend this treatment as I believe the ingredients are of a high quality and you can be rest assured you're in great hands.

lainey was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable as i was a little bit nervous as it was my first ever waxing treatment.. inside the treatment room was very clean tidy and warm comfort and i felt really relaxed.. very.. in fact i could of stayed all day lol lol … highly recommend for treatments.. i am returning as i have booked all ready..
