I’d not been to the hairdresser for 9 years, so thought it was about time. I booked in with Caitlin for a cut and colour. We talked about what I wanted and then she got to work. It was a very relaxed experience, Caitlin was lovely and I am SO pleased with my new hair. I would definitely recommend Elem.

I am new to Elem and am so happy with my experience. Millie did my cut and blow dry on my first visit and I then booked in for a consultation followed by a full head of highlights. Millie had an in depth discussion with me and helped me understand what I needed done. My hair looks the best it has ever looked and is the exact natural golden blonde I was after. My family have also agreed it’s the best highlights I have ever had. Thank you so much Millie! Everyone in the salon is friendly and welcoming and the products they use are lovely. They always make sure you’re topped up with a drink and biscuits throughout long appointments and make sure you are comfortable. A wonderful experience and I can’t wait for my next visit. Natasha cut my son’s hair from long into a beautiful short style. She fit us in at the last minute and was so accommodating, even though it meant her staying late. Not only were we really pleased with the haircut but Natasha was so lovely and made us both feel at ease. Often haircuts are a stressful experience for my son but not this time- we will definitely be coming back

Had such a lovely experience at Christchurch Elem this morning. Millie did a fantastic job and was great company! I couldn’t help but notice each of the stylists being super attentive to their clients -making sure they were comfortable and happy.
