Customer Reviews for Elements Massage

I booked a 2hr massage with Riley and it was perfect! I requested a full body massage with the himalayan salt stones. Riley asked great clarifying questions before we started and asked a few times during the session how the pressure was. When asked to alter the amount of pressure applied, Riley adjusted quickly and easily. He gave a good professional recommendation at the end of my massage and demonstrated the stretches that would help me continue to feel my best. The himalayan salt stones feel like a substitution for the "hot stones" and were overall very relaxing, but I didn't feel any special magic from them. I wouldn't get them again unless I wanted to splurge on something extra nice, but not necessary for my relaxation. However, I would recommend Riley to anyone getting a massage in Issaquah!

I recently visited and got a massage from Sean - would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Sean, will be back. So talented and my back is feeling completely healed. This review is for the front desk... if it weren't for Sean, I'd rate a 2. As a first time visitor with my $20 off, they called after my booking saying they could only accommodate a 90 vs 60-min massage. Fine. Then once I left, I had to inquire about the total which they did not honor the 1st time visitor coupon, but tried to upsell me on joining as a member and booking out my next massage. After I said no to both of these things, they insisted on giving me a brochure on membership plans. No thanks. This message is for management - please train your front desk members not to upsell and leave annoyed, especially after receiving a fantastic massage. Maybe you compensate on this, but as a first time customer I left feeling like this business cares only about $...
