I called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. I was met politely at the desk and was promptly met by a darling girl named Claudia!!! She was so kind.. and gave me a great haircut! Asked me what I wanted, made some suggestions… and I love the cut! She did Recommend some great product that would help my hair and I was excited to see how great they worked on my hair!! I am so happy that I found a great Salon when I visit on the East side of the mountain!

I'm usually extremely picky about who I let cut my hair (I have very coarse, thick and curly hair). Most of my experiences have been terrible, despite always being prepared to tell the stylist what I would like done. I decided to take a chance and get my hair cut here, because the pictures and reviews were really impressive. I am so, SO glad I did. Elements took my appointment for the next day which was really great for my schedule! I had the pleasure of sitting in Victoria's chair, and not only was she extremely sweet and friendly, but she was incredibly knowledgeable. She thoroughly strategized how she would be cutting my hair with me, informed me about the products she was using on my hair, and had some of the most impressive cutting technique I've ever seen. At one point, nearly everyone in the salon was crowded around the chair watching her work artfully. Not only do I recommend Elements, I HIGHLY recommend Victoria. I will absolutely be seeing her again!

Claudia has always been an absolute gem! I moved here a few years back and as I am Black I was having trouble finding a place that could deal with my 3b/3c hair. Claudia met with during a consultation and agreed to do my hair. She has been doing it for 2+ years now and I have always walked out happy with the result. She is very kind and fun to talk to but also super professional. The other staff at Elements has always been very kind and welcoming. I would recommend (and have recommended) time and time again!

If you’re looking for a great atmosphere and a nice chat with some skilled hair stylists, this is your go to place! Claudia did a great job helping me clean up months of grow out. I scheduled my next appointment my first day because I can see myself returning for more services in the near future.

I have really long hair and I get anxiety when I have to get it trimmed. Claudia was the stylist that trimmed my hair that day. She was awesome!!!! She listened to how much I wanted trimmed,(I left the actual amount needed to be trimmed up to her expertise). She was positive and set my mind at ease. I will definitely go back!!! And it won’t take me 8 months this time! 🤗
