Sam is a fantastic barber and an even better person. He really listens and delivers exactly what you ask for, every time. The vibe in the chair is always easygoing, he’s having fun, and it makes the whole experience relaxed. What truly stands out, though, is how genuine and kind he is. Story Time: One of the first times I went to him, an older gentleman who doesn’t speak English came in with his daughter and had trouble walking. Sam walked out to help them from the street into the shop, and after the cut he helped get him back to the car. The daughter wasn’t sure what haircut to ask for because the gentleman’s son usually brings him, but Sam still managed to communicate with the gentleman and give him exactly what he wanted, even without speaking his language. That’s just who Sam is: skilled, thoughtful, and kind in his actions. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Excellent business. After one haircut, I’m happy to make this my go to barbershop moving forward.

Sam is easily the best barber in Yorkville. I tried at least 3 others before I found him and none are even close to his level. Great value too at $35 for a men’s haircut.
