Highly recommend this salon, Kim did an amazing job cutting my hair which is short. She’s very experienced and her knowledge meant that I was confident from the start, despite normally being nervous when getting my hair cut by a new (to me) hairdresser. Kim is also super friendly and I was treated kindly my all the other staff I met.

The best experience I have EVER had at a salon. From the moment I stepped into Elle J, to the moment I left, I felt heard & pampered. Anouk gave me the most thorough consultation, and walked me through every step of what I wanted to do, and how it would be achieved. I asked her what her thoughts were, and she put together the most incredible colour and cut that I have ever had!! Ontop of Anouks outstanding professionalism and attention to detail, she made sure I was 100% happy with our plan, and explained how it would look on my hair. I was also given the cutest hot chocolate, along with snacks and drinks throughout my session. Anouk created a stunning colour, matching my inspo photos and what I had described perfectly. To top it off, she also suggested going for some face framing that I had been eyeing off, and I am SO glad I did. She has a ridiculously good eye for what suits a face shape! I will never go to anyone but Anouk to get my hair done now 🫶🏽 The entire team was amazing, and it felt like a luxury experience, with the most stunning and result. I truely couldn’t speak highly enough of Elle J hair. I can’t wait to come back! 😚
