Mrs Lisa is a Professional Technician that Provides Excellent Manicures, Pedicures, Eye Brow, Eye Lash Services Etc... She is a Professional Technician with Impeccable Character. I Highly Recommend her. Mrs Lisa Provides Excellent Services and always makes all her Customers feel comfortable. I Love and Look forward to my Bi-Weekly Services and Visits to Her Business ( Empress Nails).
