Are consultations free before major color changes?

Policies regarding consultation fees can vary depending on the specific service requested and the stylist’s schedule. It is best to inquire directly with Enchanted when booking to confirm if a separate charge applies for initial assessments. Clarifying this beforehand helps manage expectations for longer or more complex color appointments.

How do I maintain my color between appointments?

They typically recommend using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners designed specifically for color-treated hair to preserve vibrancy.
