Mandi took the time, as always, to understand what I’d like and I am so happy with my cut and colour. She always gives sound hair advice and I trust her implicitly with my hair. My initial consultation was like no other. It’s clear that the owner Shirley loves her job and that enthusiasm extends down to her team members. I was not rushed, was given a huge amount of hair care information (and freebies to prepare me for my appointment) and treated like every moment spent wasn’t any chore at all. I’m seriously impressed and very much looking forward to my full colour and cut in just over a week’s time, despite the fact that I’ve already had a hair treatment and fringe / bangs restyling and consultation which cost nothing but Shirley and her teams time - 1 1/2 hours! What more can I say other than huge thanks and I would highly recommend. Huge thanks to my friend that recommended me too. I feel very much in extremely safe hands!
