I have had great service every time I have gone. I tried a few different technicians at first to find exactly who I wanted for a pedicure and manicure, but really sooo many are good. Easy to make appointments and usually on time w/o waits. New chairs, new colors, and etc to make the experience better.

My mom and I have been going to this salon for at least 8 years. Every time we are beyond satisfied and continually impressed by their work. I have done nail extensions and my bare nails with acrylic, dip, designs, chrome, and gel. I also get a pedicure from them every other month and do gel. These are my current nail I just got done and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I am constantly recommending them to my friends and would push anyone their way.

My second or third visit here. Very nice staff and facility. Nice relaxing music. Very professional and the man at the front is always very attentive and they take care of you immediately even without an appointment if a tech is available. The pedicure includes a very nice foot massage. I was there this past weekend and experienced something unexpected. One of the nail techs seemed to be upset. I could not tell if she was disputing with her customer or what happened but her outburst was very unprofessional for this level of facility. I will definitely go back but I will be certain not to use Maria. You just don't act that way in front of clientele.

Although I adore the staff here, sometimes I feel there's a fight over who's going to assist me, but I remain optimistic that together, we can rise above this challenge and find a solution. My nails don't grow, and I don't have any toenails, but I'm grateful for your expertise in finding innovative ways to help me. I understand it's challenging to take care of me; however, I'm willing to invest in myself because I believe in the value of self-care. Yes, sometimes I might ask a question about the price, but I trust that you'll be transparent with me. Nevertheless, I will pay any amount that is asked of me, because I value the exceptional service you provide. I typically don't get upset and act out, because that's not my character, and I believe in maintaining a positive attitude. I simply ask that you take your time on my nails and toes, because patience and attention to detail are essential. I'm very kind and I never complain about anything, even when I have been ignored, because I choose to focus on the positive. This is my nail shop, and I'm going to continue to come here; however, I ask that you treat me with the same respect, and if you need to charge me for missing nails, please do so, because I believe in fairness and honesty. I asked this morning what time the shop opened, I was told 9:30, I got there at 9:00 and I waited in my car until 9:30. When I came in, the shop was already full of customers, and when I asked again what time the shop opened, I was told 9am.this was just wrong
