The most welcoming nail salon I’ve ever been to. The workers there were nice and acted like they cared about me; offered me a drink, made sure I felt comfortable, actually wanted to converse with me. It wasn’t just Tom and Hannah, who did my nails, that were kind. I overheard all the workers treat every client nicely. They happily made time for me when they were short handed and I was a walk in. So many women walked in and the workers knew the women BY NAME. You can tell they have created a community there. In addition, they are very open about pricing. It’s on their website and on the wall in the salon. I’ve gone to salons before where they write down a number and that’s what you are supposed to pay. My nails look great! I will definitely be going back.

Hannah has been taking care of me for a couple of years. She does an amazing job. Spa is extremely clean and the team members are all friendly and helpful. Always a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I dread having to go anywhere else if I'm away.

Absolutely love this place! Came here to get both a manicure and pedicure for prom and it did not disappoint!! Tom did my manicure (acrylic tip + gel) and Christian did my pedicure (French/gel). I also got my eyebrows waxed and everything was phenomenal! Overall environment was very welcoming and warm too. Definitely recommend going to Essence because I know I will be back!
