I had an appointment with Dae for a lived-in blonde look. This was my first appointment at this studio and it was a great atmosphere. Dae did an AMAZING job, I love how it has a lived in feel but still brightened all my blonde. She was also super friendly and accommodating.

I had an amazing experience at Established Hair Studio in Charlotte! My stylist, Moesha, gave me one of the best curly haircuts I have ever had. She truly understands curly hair, the shape, and how to bring out the natural pattern without compromising length or health. I actually drove 2 hours for my appointment with her, and it was completely worth it. From the moment I walked in, the service was professional, welcoming, and detail-oriented. Moesha took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. If you have curly hair and want someone who really knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Moeshacolors at Established Hair Studio. I will definitely be coming back!

I had been looking for a stylist to accomplish seamless highlights for forever, and I found her in Dae! Due to my schedule and the fluctuations of my income one month to the next, I wanted highlights that could grow out but that you couldn’t see a harsh distinction between the highlights and my roots. After attempting to explain this to previous stylist and never getting what I was hoping for, I almost gave up. Thankfully I met Dae and she was able to fit me into her schedule. The very first time she did my hair, it came out exactly how I was hoping. Now I can go 3-4 months without getting my hair touched up and you can’t tell. I’m so happy with her attention to detail and if she leaves my area, I might need to consider traveling to continue having her do my hair.

Dae gave me exactly what I was looking for😍 I really don’t know any other hair vocabulary other than “lighter, darker, shorter, longer” 😅 I just told her I wanted my hair darker with dimension. Allie is AMAZING!! When I first moved to Charlotte, finding a new hairdresser felt overwhelming — and somehow I got so lucky. From my very first appointment, she completely understood my hair and what I was going for. I’ve been seeing her for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is absolutely incredible with blonde hair. Whether it’s bright, dimensional, lived-in, or a full refresh, she nails it every single time. My color always looks natural, healthy, and perfectly blended. On top of her talent, she’s also unbelievably accommodating. I have a pretty random schedule, and she always does her best to work me in quickly when I need it. That kind of flexibility (especially combined with this level of skill) is rare. Beyond that, she’s just amazing — professional, consistent, and someone you actually look forward to seeing. Always the best rant time!
