Waxing isn't usually a pleasant treatment to have overall but Shauna made me feel so comfortable, it really makes a difference to your experience feeling like that!! Lauren is brilliant at sorting my brows out. I had a reaction to a wax and Lauren tried a different wax which suited me better. I would thoroughly recommend using Rachel Lee and especially Lauren who is very chatty and funny and puts you at ease

This young lady is a credit to your business, she is friendly, helpful and always has a pleasant word. Love spending time at Estetica with her! My nails are the best they have ever been and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Five stars isn’t enough. My little escape from reality.
