I came to Etude Salon on a Sunday afternoon. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles and were very professional. This was my second appointment with Bobae Park, and she outdid herself again with my haircut and perm. During both appointments, she attentively listened to my desired hairstyle and clearly communicated suggestions that best matched the vibe I was going for. For this appointment, I wanted a mullet-style cut, and it was PERFECTLY executed! Her meticulous attention to detail is unmatched. I will definitely be coming back for another appointment. I also want to give a special shoutout to the ladies who shampooed my hair before and after the haircut. They were friendly and gentle—almost put me to sleep lol. And the free iced coffee and snacks are always a nice touch :P Love this place!!
