I came to Ingrid based only on reviews. They were right. Ingrid is outstanding. She took real time to understand my hair texture and my color. She looked at my face and talked through what worked, what stayed, and how to make it better. She made it better. The cut was even more impressive. She listened to what I like and delivered beyond that. She is thoughtful, skilled, and precise. She is also a genuinely lovely person and easy to spend time with. So I had to come twice two really get a sense of people and the business itself. This is a great place. They really care. I mean I showed up at 4:50 on a Tuesday and they let me come in and buy some product. I really appreciate when people go above and beyond for customers. It shows the core values of a business and the people who work for it. I know they didn't want to pass up on some product sales haha I spent 139 on some fire OWay products. It's the only product I will use tbh now. The two ladies were so nice. The one was a beautiful blonde woman with glasses and the other was an absolutely stunning Italian woman. At least I think she was. She so pretty. I will take you on a date haha But anyway the salon is great. In a good spot with parking. Nice inside. Good amount of product to chose from. You can only find OWay products at 3 salons in Chicago It's the best of the best. IYKYK Thank you ladies for making me smile, laugh and feel good. Appreciate you all!

I had Ingrid as my stylist on Thursday. I got a Balayage with wine red and black colors. She is seriously an artist and made sure my hair was detailed In amazing perfect highlights. She worked so hard and had such skill..she worked alone and that is impressive!
