I had such a great experience at EVOLVE MD Modern Med Spa! I went in for IV therapy and left feeling incredibly refreshed and hydrated. I work outside, so this was exactly what my body needed — the vitamins and hydration gave me an amazing boost. The staff made the process super easy and comfortable, and I even got to relax in a massage chair while the treatment was going. The ambiance was perfect: dim lighting, calm atmosphere, and they even offered me water to keep me comfortable. The highlight was getting a cold, scented towel placed on my forehead — such a simple touch but it made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and refreshing. Everything about the visit felt professional, clean, and calming. I walked out feeling amazing and can definitely feel the difference. Highly recommend this place if you want to recharge and take care of your health in a relaxing, spa-like environment.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mai Linh. She is one of the most caring, attentive, and genuine professionals I’ve ever met. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel heard, comfortable, and completely taken care of. The staff is also just as kind, attentive, and makes you feel welcomed. I go here to get botox for my TMJ issues and it has made such a difference in my life. Getting Botox for my TMJ has helped me so much — my pain and tension have significantly decreased, and I finally feel relief that I hadn’t been able to find elsewhere. Mai Linh is incredibly knowledgeable and precise, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting you the best results possible. I highly recommend this place!

Who is Mai Linh??? She is an angel that has made my quality of life better than I had ever dreamed. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Mai Linh. It is difficult to put into words what meeting Mai Linh has done for me, but I will try. On June 14, 2024, I walked into Evolve Spa, after trying multiple remedies for my condition, all without success. I had spent many hours in tears over my condition and went to see Mai Linh as a last hope. In July 2023, I was diagnosed with anal cancer. It was not my first cancer but it was by far my worst. The treatment from the radiation left me with horrible internal damage. The treatment required the lymph nodes in the pubic area to be destroyed by radiation. This treatment also fused my vagina together. It was fused together so badly that my gynecologist could not get instruments up inside to do a thorough exam. The pain was so excruciating that the doctor stopped the exam and decided to do it in the surgery room so I would be under general anesthesia and would not feel the pain. The instruments (camera) still would not go up far enough for him to do a thorough exam. The doctor had to go in through my belly button with a camera to perform a thorough exam. My gynecologist referred me to a physical therapist for pelvic floor exercises. Again, no success. I tried inserting stem cell suppositories, but the cost was too high and I was not seeing any results anyway. I tried other expensive vaginal suppositories, that promised all kinds of results, only to be disappointed again. Then, I met Mai Linh. I am tearing up just thinking of how she changed our lives. First off, she did a complete vaginal exam, even examined my anal area checking for the return of the cancer. As she sat down in front of me, I could see the wheels turning in her head, studying my condition, and weighing the treatment options that were available to her. She decided on MESOTHERAPY. The MESO treatment required three sessions, about three weeks apart. After the first session, I was seeing results. My husband and I were able to have intercourse two weeks after the initial injections. We both cried. Following the second series of injections, I was having the best sex of my life. Everything was very sensitive, in a fabulous way. My husband and I were ecstatic. After the third series of injections, I noticed that my hot flashes had diminished tremendously. This was a wonderful side effect of the injections. In December, I went back for a touch-up. Mai Linh says that I may have to have periodic injections for the rest of my sexually active life. I also must sleep with a dilator inserted in my vagina for the rest of my sexual life. The vagina has muscle memory and can close again. During the December session, I mentioned to Mai Linh that I was suffering from hemorrhoids, which is a side effect of the radiation. Mai Linh listens to everything you say, and injected serum around my rectum. It worked on my hemorrhoids. What a relief, after having constant hemorrhoids for 1.5 years. I know it is time to visit Mai Linh when intercourse gets a little painful, when I experience vaginal dryness, get hemorrhoids, or when my hot flashes get to be too frequent. The injections help with all of these symptoms. Thank you, Mai Linh, and the entire staff at Evolve Spa.

Mai Loan & Mai Linh have done a fabulous job building their med spa business and are so knowledgeable. Cami & Angela are so welcoming and warm. It’s always a pleasure visiting them!
