This was my first time here and my nails are the prettiest they have ever been! I've gotten my nails done for many years and Vi did an exceptional job on my Gel X Extensions!! They are truly beautiful!! Lucy also gave me a very relaxing and pretty pedicure! Everyone was very nice and the place is very clean.

Where's the option to put 1 million stars???Honestly I am so late to putting this review here- I've been loyal to this business since I moved to Seattle in 2024. I will never go anywhere else. Sure there are a ton of nail places in Seattle with solid nail techs, but Excellent Nails is run by great, well-intentioned people who will go above and beyond for you. The nail techs truly care about their clients and put in genuine efforts to create what we have in mind. I met Vi as a customer and now she is one of my favorite people, and she has never failed to give me a killer set of hard gel nails. The first time I came in, I spent like 30 minutes just picking out nail colors and she was so patient with me LOL. She also recommended I opt for hard gel over gel x to maintain the health of my nails, which is the best decision I've ever made because hard gel is my shit now and Vi does it SO well. I see some reviews on here complaining about the customer service or deposits, which is surprising to me because all I see is a small business who tries their absolute best to accommodate their customers. They are incredibly flexible and clear with their policies. If you are unhappy with your nails, they will listen and do whatever is within their capacity to give you what you need. Everytime I go to get my nails done, I end up there for like 3 hours (because Vi and I talk so much hehe), but since I'm there so long, I have the privilege to witness the positive atmosphere and supportive nature of the nail techs. I am intensely passionate about how much Excellent Nails deserves every ounce of support from its community. So yeah this review is very overdue, here are pics of nails I've gotten over the last year-ish.

The service here was AWESOME! It is one of the few places that have really gotten in and cleaned the gunk out of my boyfriend’s toes. They also didn’t make me feel bad about my specific wants for my nail length and mismatched shapes. The attention to detail was incredibly thorough. This might be my favorite set ever.

Builder gel manicures with Vee and Quinnie that last for 4+ weeks! Sometimes when they’re busy or short staffed they run behind even if you have an appointment so just expect extra time. All the staff is very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend excellent nails for a high quality, long-lasting builder gel manicure.

I’m pretty new to the area and have tried a few salons, but this one has become my favorite. Vi is so talented. She did my nails last week and not only did she recreate the style I wanted perfectly, but she added her own flair, making it even better!! Today, I had a pedicure with Lucy, and omg..it honestly changed my life. She recommended the collagen pedicure, and I'm so glad I said yes. She was incredibly thorough, and whatever that collagen soak and massage did, my feet have never felt softer. I’ve been rubbing my own heels all day because I can’t believe how smooth they are The shop is clean, everyone is super kind and attentive, and the prices are super generous for the quality. I’m definitely going to be a regular here 🥹🫶
