I took my 16 month old son here for his first cut and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From when we first walked in I felt welcomed and everyone was friendly, even the other customers. Jon was the barber and he was perfect. I didn’t think we would get through 5 minutes of him sitting still, but Jon was beyond patient and gave him the BEST first cut I could have asked for. Kudos to him and we will be customers for as long as he works there. Definitely a top notch shop!

I’ve been going to Roman at Exclusive Cuts for about 3 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else. He originally started cutting my hair and beard at the Matawan location, and when he moved to Holmdel, I followed him without hesitation—that’s how good he is. Roman is super consistent, pays attention to detail, and always makes sure the haircut and beard comes out exactly how you want it. Every visit feels professional and relaxed, and I always leave feeling fresh and confident. If you’re looking for top-tier cuts and a barber who truly knows what he’s doing, Roman at Exclusive Cuts is the one. Highly recommend!

Due to chemo induced neuropathy, I can no longer cut my own hair. I've been cutting it since college, for 50 years! Yes, I'm a senior. I went searching online for a barber shop that could cut my thinning hair and not balk because I'm African American. I got a feel good vibe the moment I walked in. The shop hostess was very efficient and welcoming. The guys were courteous, patient, and quite skilled. But make a reservation as this place is very busy! I was given a great price and a discount coupon for my next visit. I'll definitely be back.

I can’t say enough good things about this barbershop. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and professional. The team clearly takes pride in their work and it shows in every detail—from the service to the vibe of the shop. Miami Dave is hands down the go-to barber here. His attention to detail, precision, and consistency are unmatched. He really takes the time to listen to what you want and makes sure you leave looking sharp every single time. Whether you’re going in for a fresh fade, a clean lineup, or a full transformation, he delivers beyond expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable barber and a shop that treats you like family, this is the place. Highly recommend!
