I really appreciated how attentive she was to what I wanted. After my appointment, Karolina even followed up with personalised product recommendations and kindly gave me a free hair mask sample, which was such a lovely touch. Karolina is a very lovely lady. She took the time to understand my needs (especially as I was coming into her salon to help fix my botched hair), and she explained to me the steps she took to fix my hair. I really appreciated that, because I was quite fearful of going into another salon after my last experience. Definitely coming back here for my hair needs from now on, so happy to have found her! Everytime I visit karolina, she is amazing and so caring. I show her examples and she manages to create my hair even 10 times better than the photos given to her. I love her work and she is the only one I trust to do my hair. Thank you so much karolina for my most recent change, I absolutely love it!!! The change from cherry red to caramel brown balayage really scared me thinking about it but as soon as I came on the day for you to do my hair, I just knew I was in good hands ❤️ Again, thank you so much karolina for being so amazing and I can't wait to come and see you again ❤️❤️❤️😍

I found Ezmir Jacobs online and was blown away by some of the photos on the salon Instagram. Karolina is friendly, kind and very good at her job - she listens to what you want carefully and actually for me, went above and beyond my expectations. I had a balayage and I’m still in shock that this is my hair. Karolina will definitely be my regular hairdresser from now on.

Karolina is very good at her job. She is very passionate about it and she advised me on the colour that would be better for me. I had a balayage, hair cut and blow dry and also a small treatment, a nice cup of tea, and a biscuit, whilst waiting. I've loved the final result. Karolina works fast and she doesn't take hours to do a haircut. She is fast and good. The best part of it: both times I was there I was treated with a quick nice head massage. Very relaxing.💆♀️ I definitely recommend Karolina to look after your hair. Thank you sweetheart 🩷
