Sophie made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. What I really loved was that she took the time to review the information I had provided prior to the appointment, to really get an understanding of what I wanted. I had a brow tint/shape and also a lash lift and tint. I went from looking like a bald chicken to someone with naturally beautiful lashes. I do have fairly sensitive skin, and Sophie made sure I was comfortable throughout and if I ever felt any discomfort, she made sure to address it straight away. The brows were also lovely and she did an amazing job at working with my old brow tattoo which is uneven. I usually walk out from brow clinics feeling like my brows are too harsh and dark, but she really nailed the colour and made sure it suited my skin and overall look. We had some great chats, and I was also able to enjoy some relaxing quiet time, which was so nice after a long day at work. Thank you Sophie!

Sophie is truly a game changer in the brow world. She takes the time to ask all the right questions, making sure you leave with exactly what you envisioned, while also feeling genuinely cared for and heard. I have coarser brows, and Sophie recently introduced a new product she was excited to try on me to enhance my results even further. That level of dedication to improving results and tailoring treatments to each client really sets her apart. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Sophie at Face Avenue is amazing at what she does. She took the time to listen and understand what I was wanting from my apt, which made me feel comfortable. She is very attentive to the fine details and gave me her full attention, and I did not feel she rushed in any way. After an undesirable result from a different salon I was blown away at just how amazing her work is. I left feeling so much more myself again, and weeks later my lashes and brows still look so fresh and put together. Sophie is truly passionate about the work she does and it shows through in the results and care she shows for her clients!

Today I had my first lash lift (With tinting) after having it in the back of my mind for a little while. Sophie was absolutely wonderful! She explained the process from beginning to end and let me know what she was doing each step of the way. Whilst it was new for me I felt totally comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. Sophie is very friendly, knowledgeable and great at what she does. The set up inside was very cozy and comfortable! Looking forward to returning for another treatment, thanks so much Sophie!

I am from America and I was coming to Adelaide on business! I was looking for a lash lift/tint and brow threading and when I found Sophie’s business I knew I had to go. This is genuinely the best lash lift I have ever had. Sophie is so kind with such a warm presence and she truly did the most amazing job on my lashes and brows. I love them SO much. If you are looking for a high quality place to get your service, you must go to this place. Sophie is so good and what she does and truly one of the kindest humans ever!!!!
