Just had an amazing appointment for the head spa treatment with Rianna. I get frequent massages and facials but have never gotten something like this done before, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how luxurious it felt, I don’t think I’ve ever been more relaxed in my life. I’m a nurse and carry a lot of tension in my head, and this completely relieved it - it seems to have even helped my TMJ jaw pain as well! The atmosphere is so clean and welcoming, and Rianna personally did an amazing job. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family!

I love this place!! Beautiful atmosphere! The people are sweet, caring, professional, knowledgeable, personable and treat you like a princess. I got my first facial here for a b-day gift and now I always go back. The price reflects their quality and attention to detail on your skin. They give the best massages during your facial that make you so relaxed. I love that they have a facial membership! It’s so unique and a great way to get repeating customers. The BEST!

I had the most incredible experience at Face Facts Skincare Spa for their Japanese Head Spa treatment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The treatment itself was absolute heaven — soothing scalp massage, luxurious cleansing, and pure relaxation from start to finish. My hair and scalp have never felt so refreshed, and I left feeling lighter, clearer, and completely rejuvenated. The attention to detail and genuine care here is unmatched. Highly recommend Danielle to anyone who wants to treat themselves to the ultimate self-care experience!

Today I treated my daughter and myself to the Ultimate Japanese Head Spa, and it was exactly what we needed after recently having wig and weave installs. Sometimes you just need to let someone else take the wheel when it comes to your hair and scalp care! From the moment we arrived, the experience started off great. We were greeted by Keyaria at the front desk, who immediately offered us hot tea, cucumber water, or regular water. We chose the cucumber water and it was incredibly refreshing—the cucumber slices were frozen, so as they melted the water became perfectly chilled. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service from Keyaria. I originally booked two back-to-back appointments, but I was hoping my daughter and I could be serviced at the same time. She graciously worked it out so we could enjoy the experience together, which I truly appreciated. For the service itself, we were greeted by Shanice and Rianna, who started with a scalp analysis using a camera that displayed our scalp on a tablet so we could clearly see any concerns. After that, we went to a changing area where we had personal lockers with our names on them—such a cute and thoughtful touch! We were given half robes and slippers before being escorted to our rooms where the relaxation began. The Ultimate Japanese Head Spa includes a 90-minute experience with head and neck massage, hot stones, and mini facials with hot towels. Shanice and Rianna did an amazing job making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire service. It was incredibly relaxing and exactly what our scalps needed. The spa itself is clean, neat, cozy, and absolutely adorable. I purchased the Ultimate Package through Groupon at over 40% off, which made the experience an even better value. They also sell the hair and scalp products used during the treatment if you want to continue the care at home. Unfortunately, there isn’t a discount when purchasing multiple products. My only small suggestion would be that after purchasing the Ultimate package, it would have been nice if the blow-dry service was included rather than an additional charge. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great way to treat yourself or enjoy a relaxing day with someone special. Also, if you’re interested, they’re hosting a “Bubbles & Brunch” event on April 19th from 1–5 PM, where they’ll be offering 30-minute head spa services for a fee—definitely worth checking out!

I absolutely loved Face Facts! Shanice Williams did my head spa, she was very knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was absolutely amazing! The head spa itself was absolutely incredible! Thank you face facts for everything!
