I have been going to FF for two years, for the entire duration, every encounter has been incredibly kind, welcoming and genuine. The girls keep the atmosphere light with their radiant personalities and are each absolute gems🤍I never feel any judgement. Something I like MOST about FF Strongsville is when I walk in and list off things I think I need (we are our own worst critic), they assess the areas honestly and tell me if I could actually use a product & then apply it in a complimenting way! That is huge to me. They’re not an office that oversells or pushes, they support. I leave feeling and looking like a natural beauty, not like I’ve had major work done.

The BEST! Everyone who works here is beyond sweet, treats you like you’re old friends and hypes you up. Everything is tidy and clean, too! My results were beyond what I expected and I’m so pleased with my experience! Olivia is the best and I can’t wait to go back!

Kimberly Dobbins — 5/5 (via Google) Dec 29, 2025

Olivia is absolutely fantastic! She made the entire Botox and filler experience so comfortable and stress-free. She has a great eye for detail and truly cares about achieving natural results. I love how she explained each step and made sure I was happy along the way. I couldn’t be happier with my results and will definitely be back! -Kim Dobbins

If I could scream about my results from the rooftops I would but a google review will do. I went initially to FFA for Botox. I was impressed by their friendliness and service. Flash forward a few months later I was attacked by a neighbors dog. I couldn’t look in the mirror. I didn’t want any photos taken, I felt hideous. A year after I was able to resume treatments and went back to FFA. Michelle who is beyond wonderful woman, recommended RF mirconeeding for my scar. I was scared and the thought of seemed painful. Michelle was so kind and walked me through everything and what to expect. During treatments she always ensures that I’m comfortable….even when it gets spicy. I’m blessed to have found such an amazing place to have trusted Michelle. I only just completed my third treatment. I’m not even at the full six months after yet and I’m already blown away with the results. Thank you FFA for giving me my face and confidence back.

Talk about a glow up! I was hesitant to try it but wow- I am glad I took the leap! 1- The women who work here make you feel fantastic. They are positive, knowledgeable and kind. Giant hellos when you walk in the door. They make you feel like a million bucks. 2- They explain EVERYTHING so you know exactly what is happening at every step of the procedure(s). Michelle was great with answering questions and really knew her stuff! 3- The expertise on how to move forward with the treatments was where I was most impressed. They really take into consideration YOUR face and will work to inject correctly to avoid drooping, etc. I appreciated that very much. 4- You aren't just a number here. You are a person. These women make sure you feel it. So go for it. Not only will the treatments make you feel beautiful...the entire staff will too. Thanks Face Foward! See you again soon!
