It was my first time visiting the salon and I was impressed! It is super clean and organized and smells absolutely amazing! Stefanny was my aesthetician and she was so sweet and explained each step of the process. She did such a good job, I feel like she brought my skin back to life! I was a bit thrown off about the facial stations as they are divided by curtains and not separate rooms, but in the end it was a great experience!

Walking in the store is gorgeous. Everyone was so attentive to me and constantly making sure I was okay. Bella then took me to start the appointment and explained everything she’d do. She was very thorough with everything she was doing and explained it all to me. She told me if I was getting red she would stop since we spoke about me being sensitive to certain products. She was great and recommended what to do next time. Can’t wait to go back!

Taking my daughter for her first facial was a wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations. The moment we walked into the spa, we were greeted by a calming atmosphere filled with soft music and soothing scents. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home, which helped ease any nerves she might have had. The esthetician took the time to explain each step of the facial process, ensuring my daughter felt comfortable and informed. They tailored the treatment to her skin type, focusing on gentle, nourishing products that were safe for her delicate skin. The facial included a mild exfoliation, a hydrating mask, and a light massage, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. One of the highlights was the use of calming essential oils, which created a relaxing ambiance. As she lay there, I could see her tension melting away, and she emerged with a radiant glow that made her feel special and pampered. After the treatment, the esthetician provided personalized skincare tips, which was a great way to introduce my daughter to maintaining her skin health. She left the spa feeling rejuvenated and excited about her new skincare routine. Overall, this experience was not just about skincare; it was a bonding moment that instilled confidence in her self-care. I highly recommend this facial for anyone looking to treat their teen or daughter to a special day. Please ask for Amy!😊

I had such a wonderful experience at this location! The overall ambience was inviting, and the energy of the staff was genuinely warm and pleasurable from the moment I walked in. My service provider, Amy, was incredible. She was extremely detailed, respectful, and attentive. Before starting, she asked which service I wanted and provided a thoughtful consultation based on my skin concerns. She even enhanced my facial service in ways that made the experience feel personalized and elevated. I really appreciated how she explained what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I received the Foundrié Glow, and my skin was beautiful afterwards. She also exfoliated my T-zone, which made a noticeable difference. I’m usually someone who gets body massages rather than facials, but after this experience, I will definitely be incorporating facials into my routine. The only small note I have is about the music — during facials and massages, I personally prefer calmer and more relaxing music instead of upbeat or bouncy tracks. I’m not sure if that’s controlled by the franchise or by headquarters, but more tranquil music would truly elevate the experience even further. Overall, 10/10. I had a great time, I felt cared for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I’ll also be posting my TikTok review by the end of the week!
