The one complaint I had for this place. I asked for Dip powder and was told I had to wait because only 1-2 techs knew how to do it. I had no problem waiting. I said it a few times that i didn’t mind waiting and just simply didn’t want acrylic. Once I got to the tech that is supposed to know how to do Dip powder he TOO pushed me to do acrylic. If you don’t know how to do Dip powder just don’t advertise it on your business. And don’t make your client wait for somebody that’s supposed to know how to do dip for that person try to convince you to do acrylics too. At that point, I had been waiting after all that I just agreed to do the acrylics. The outcome was fine. Doesn’t mean I’m happy about getting pushed to do acrylic. but I just didn’t wanna keep waiting for somebody to keep pushing the idea on me. Went back a second time I had a different nail tech. She did a wonderful job and was not pushy about anything.
