New owners are amazing. Friendly and accommodating. Although I liked the previous owners I felt like as soon as someone walked into the shop they’d rush through my services. Today several people walked in and they helped each of us in a timely manner and without rushing through! They did a great job on my nails and I look forward to going back definitely recommend 👍

If you’re looking for a place that consistently delivers beautiful nails and an exceptional customer experience, Fancy Nails & Spa in Visalia is truly the spot. I absolutely love getting my manicure and pedicure done here. Their work is always flawless — precise shaping, clean cuticles, perfect polish, and long-lasting results. No matter who I see, the quality is consistently amazing. What really makes this place stand out is their customer service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They offer you a drink and a snack, check in with you throughout your service, and make sure you’re relaxed and taken care of. They’re also incredibly time-efficient, which I appreciate so much — I’m always able to get both my mani and pedi done in great time without ever feeling rushed. I also love that the staff already knows how I like my nails. The consistency of my visits comes from how welcome they make me feel and how they remember the little details that matter. That level of care is rare and makes every appointment enjoyable. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and always decorated for the season or holiday, which adds such a fun and festive touch. It’s bright, organized, and has a calming atmosphere — the kind of environment you actually look forward to spending time in. Overall, Fancy Nails & Spa Visalia is absolutely amazing. Great service, incredible results, a welcoming team, and an environment that just feels good. I always leave refreshed, pampered, and happy. Highly recommend! 💅✨
